I just wanted to let you know how great your team is at the Hampton and Wilson Drive location (Whitefish Bay). I have been using professional laundering & dry cleaning for my shirts, suits, etc. for the past 25 – 30 years. I have used a number of different cleaners and I have always been amazed at the lack of quality and customer service that I encountered. Eventually, I just came to accept poor service. About a year ago, I moved my business to Martinizing and my expectations have changed. Your staff is excellent. I always get prompt and courteous service and your clerks are always pleasant and welcoming. Unlike the competitive stores I frequented in the past, your operation is adequately staffed and I rarely have to wait. Your IT system seems excellent and efficient. The quality of your dry cleaning and laundering service is also excellent and I haven’t had a single issue since I started frequenting Martinizing. In fact, your staff has never missed a deadline!
